Join us on this exciting evening where we will unveil 4 new white wines that have recently joined our family. The wines will be presented and paired with delicious bites prepared by Bar in the Back’s award-winning kitchen.
On the menu:
Nicosia Fondo Filara Grillo Sicilia DOC Biologico 2022, paired with The Little Green Salad. We’re going to start light and fruity to prepare our taste buds for what is to come.
Mar de Frades Rias Baixas Albarino 2022, paired with two seafood dishes: House Cured & Smoked Salmon and Marinated Boquerones. A trip to discover flavors from the sea.
Marco Bonfante Perstè Roero Arneis DOCG 2022, paired with a Risotto Al Vino Bianco. A marriage of Italian flavors.
Hãhã Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2022, paired with a Lemon Meringue Pie. To end our night with tangy, citrusy, and sweet flavors.
