Refund Policy

13C Wine & Spirits is committed to providing you with the information needed to help you make a selection you will enjoy, but we cannot of course guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine or spirits you may select.

In the event you would like to return a product:

• We offer store credit or replacement within one week of purchase, with the original receipt or proof of payment for unopened, undamaged products in the original packaging. Please note that we won’t be able to proceed without the original product being returned.

• Faulty wines must be returned within 7 days, at which time we will offer you a replacement bottle of the same wine.

• We do not offer refunds.
