This dual sherry cask maturation creates a rich and balanced whisky with layers of dried fruit, spice, chocolate, and sweet malt.

Tasting Notes

The nose reveals aromas of raisins, ripe plum, vanilla, ginger, and sweet sherry. The palate is rich and smooth, offering flavors of dried figs, caramel, dark chocolate, orange peel, cinnamon, and roasted nuts. The finish is long and warming with lingering notes of sherry sweetness, oak, cocoa, and gentle spice.
