The GlenAllachie 17 Year Old Masters of Wood is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for seventeen years before being finished in a combination of Japanese Mizunara oak and Oloroso sherry casks. This limited-edition expression brings together the exotic aromatic qualities of Mizunara oak with the richness of sherry maturation, creating a whisky of remarkable depth, elegance, and complexity.

Tasting Notes

The nose reveals aromas of sandalwood, honey, dried apricot, orange peel, dark chocolate, and warm baking spices. The palate is rich and silky, offering flavors of toffee, dried figs, roasted almonds, cinnamon, citrus zest, and delicate incense-like oak.
