The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Spanish Virgin Oak is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky that forms part of the Virgin Oak Series. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in virgin oak casks sourced from northern Spain, this expression highlights the influence of fresh oak, delivering enhanced spice, sweetness, and complexity while preserving the distillery's signature rich, fruity character.

Tasting Notes

The nose reveals aromas of honey, orange peel, vanilla, cinnamon, toasted coconut, and ripe stone fruits. The palate is rich and full-bodied, offering flavors of caramel, butterscotch, dried apricot, baking spices, dark chocolate, and toasted oak. The finish is long and warming with lingering notes of sweet spice, vanilla, citrus, and gentle oak tannins.
