Matured in a unique combination of six different cask types—including ex-bourbon, Matusalem Oloroso sherry, Madeira, Marsala, Port, and Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks—it is one of the distillery's most complex and celebrated expressions.

Tasting Notes

The nose reveals aromas of red berries, orange zest, vanilla, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and polished oak. The palate is rich and velvety, offering flavors of ripe plum, caramel, roasted coffee, cinnamon, roasted almonds, dark chocolate, and sweet spice. The finish is long, elegant, and layered with lingering notes of dried fruit, oak, cocoa, and gentle wine sweetness.
