A 2007 Tamdhu single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured for 12 years in a single hogshead before being bottled in November 2019 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of caramel, baking spices, heather honey and sweet cereal fill the nose. The palate offers notes of liquorice, aniseed and malted barley, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger that linger in the finish.
