Our recipe for a cozy Christmas dinner this year is fair and simple. Great wines from Arinzano, Spain, a magical atmosphere sprinkled with candlelight, and food prepared by our friend Chef Sadam.

On the menu:

Tahini Arayes Bite Pita bread, Beef, Tahini Sauce, Mint Leaves, Pomegranate Seeds, Sumac. Paired with a welcoming mulled wine made with Hacienda de Arinzano Tinto 2017.
Cauliflower Salad Roasted Cauliflowers, Crispy Chickpeas, Pickled Red Onions, Coriander Oil, Arugula. Paired with A de Arinzano Rosé 2022.
• Stuffed Eggplants Small Eggplants, Beef, Marinara Sauce, Crispy Basil Leaves, Walnuts. Paired with Arinzano La Casona 2015.
• Lemon, Rosemary Granita Palate cleanser.
• Lamb Loin Roast Lamb Loin, Pistachio Pesto Sauce, Roasted Baby Carrots, Beetroot Purée, Parsley Oil, Roasted Garlic & Lemon Aioli. Paired with Arinzano Gran Vino Tinto 2016.
• Black Sesame Seeds Crème Brûlée Paired with a Christmas Snowball cocktail made with Arinzano rosé.
