Tasting Notes
Appearance: Deep violet color, almost pitch black, with garnet hints.
Nose: Candied Brandy cherry, dried blueberry and blackberry jam for the primary aromas, followed by a pleasant undergrowth, hints of rubber and smoke on the tertiary ones.
Palate: Round, bold with structured tannins, ripe cherry and black plum aromas followed by subtle notes of roasted almonds and toffee.
Food Pairing
Korean style marinated sirloin, Short ribs ragout, chocolate fondue.
