Created by Douglas Laing, Rock Island Sherry showcases a selection of island single malts, combining distinctive coastal notes with layers of dried fruit, sweetness and warming spice. The sherry influence adds richness and depth while preserving the whisky’s signature maritime character, making it both robust and elegant.

Tasting Notes
Golden amber in colour. On the nose, dried fruits, sweet sherry, vanilla and gentle coastal smoke, with hints of sea salt and spice. On the palate, rich and smooth, with raisins, dark chocolate, orange peel, caramel and warming spices balanced by a subtle maritime character. Long, warming finish with lingering dried fruit, oak spice and a touch of coastal smoke.
