The Quinta Red Blend is a field blend of 5 indigenous grapes (tavkveri, shavkapito, danakharuli, goruli mtsvane and chinuri), it undergoes 5 days skin contact before aging in Georgian Qvevri (clay pots), which are buried in the ground to naturally regulate the temperature.
This wine has lovely supple tannins which bring together ripe red currants, damson berries and violets. Like the best Georgian wines, it possesses earthiness and real fruit flavors balanced by energetic acidity and those fine-grained tannins.
