Meats and Argentina - A night of live grills paired with the wines of Achaval Ferrer
There is something extraordinary about being around a barbecue, watching the smoke rise, glass in hand, and enjoying meat right off the flames.
Join us for a live grill experience where we will pair an assortment of meats and veggies with the wines of Achaval Ferrer, Argentina.
Grill menu:
- Salad: Grilled Caesar
- Veggies: Mushroom, zucchini, shishito pepper, red capsicum, corn, eggplant, carrot.
- Meats: Oyster blade, lamb chops, chicken breast, beef sausage, Angus beef tenderloin.
- Dessert: Apple pie.
While the grill is supplying the table, an array of five Achaval Ferrer wines will be served and discussed briefly.
Wednesday, November 6 at 8:00 PM in 13C’s upstairs room. You’ll be sharing a table with other guests.
