Tasting Notes

Clear and pale straw colored with aromas of citrus fruit and flowers (lemon zest, wild oranges and citrus blossoms) with a touch of fine herbs and sweet spices. Lingering finish.

Food Pairing

If you're not using this wine for the celebration of Holy mass, drink it by itself as an aperitif or paired with citrus fruit based desserts, like a lemon pie.
