A classic and very limited cool climate Grenache.
Tasting Notes
This Grenache is sophisticated yet immediately inviting. The first notes on the nose are cherry, raspberry, and striking stone. Although the palate is encased in a structure of rocky tannins, it is exuberant with lively cherry, strawberry, and rose petal flavors. The finish also carries a trace of marjoram.
Food Pairing
It complements grilled dishes particularly well, whether it be meat or veggies. The wine goes nicely with that smoky flavor!
