Gran Centenario was founded in 1857 by Lázaro Gallardo in Jalisco, Mexico, and is one of Mexico's oldest tequila brands. Produced from 100% Blue Weber agave, the brand is celebrated for combining traditional tequila-making techniques with its proprietary Selección Suave process, which blends older reserve tequilas to enhance balance and smoothness.

Gran Centenario Plata is a premium Blanco Tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave. After double distillation, the tequila is rested briefly in oak before filtration to preserve its crystal-clear appearance while adding subtle roundness and complexity. The result is a fresh, vibrant tequila with a smooth and refined character.

Tasting Notes

The nose reveals aromas of cooked agave, lime zest, pear, fresh herbs, and delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, offering flavors of sweet agave, citrus, green apple, white pepper, minerality, and a touch of vanilla. Trivia
