Bottled without chill filtration or added colouring, it delivers a rich and complex profile with layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, spice, and the distillery's signature malty character.

Tasting Notes

The nose opens with aromas of raisins, dates, dark chocolate, orange peel, cinnamon, and polished oak. The palate is rich and velvety, offering flavors of dried figs, toffee, roasted almonds, espresso, baking spices, and sweet sherry notes. The finish is long, smooth, and warming with lingering notes of cocoa, dried fruit, oak, and gentle spice.
