The Deveron is the single malt produced at Macduff Distillery, which was founded in 1960 on the banks of the River Deveron in northeast Scotland. Although much of its production has traditionally been used in blended Scotch whiskies, The Deveron range was created to showcase the distillery's approachable, fruit-forward Highland style.

The Deveron 20 Year Old is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured for twenty years in carefully selected oak casks. Extended maturation develops exceptional depth and elegance while preserving the distillery's signature notes of orchard fruit, honey, and gentle spice, resulting in a refined and well-balanced whisky.

Tasting Notes

The nose reveals aromas of baked apple, ripe pear, honey, vanilla, toasted almonds, and polished oak. The palate is rich and silky, offering flavors of toffee, dried apricot, orange zest, roasted nuts, cinnamon, and soft oak spice. The finish is long, smooth, and elegant with lingering notes of sweet malt, honey, gentle spice, and toasted oak.
