Franck Massard chose to call the wine Huellas, which translates to "Footprints" in English, to reflect the physical work and minimal instruments that were employed throughout the production process.
Tasting Notes
Dark crimson wine with vibrant hue. White pepper, clove, cassis, and fragrant herbs like thyme and rosemary are all grown in Poboleda and have enticing spicy undertones. A rich wine with a noticeable but well-balanced acidity that brings out the eucalyptus scents and gives it freshness, elegance, and a long, pleasant finish.

Pair with red meat or well marinated poultry dishes.
