From the iconic terroirs of Burgundy, we bring you the finesse and prestige of Joseph Drouhin wines, artfully paired with culinary masterpieces by renowned chef Haya Issa. The wines will be served in Lehmann handmade crystal glasses.

Expect an evening of unparalleled refinement.

On the menu:

Négroni au marc de Bourgogne, for a perfect welcoming cocktail and a conversation starter.

Joseph Drouhin Meursault 2018, a buttery white paired with Sourdough crostini, Massaman butter, a mosaic of oyster, enoki, shimeji, and button varieties mushrooms, sprinkled with morel dust, and truffled sea salt.

Joseph Drouhin Beaune “Clos des Mouches” Premier Cru 2017, a juicy red paired with Grilled lamb chops, butternut squash purée, a drizzle of salsa Verdi, and lemongrass marinated cherries.

Joseph Drouhin Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2017, a grandiose white paired with Thinly sliced shrimp carpaccio, saffron aioli, and knafeh dough crunch.

Marc de Bourgogne, a well deserved digestif paired with Macerated yellow & purple prunes, whipped cream, dark chocolate biscotti crumble, and pistachio dust. 

Seats are limited to 15 people.
