Dalmore Quintessence Single Malt Scotch Whisky
A limited-edition release from Highland stalwart Dalmore, created by master blender Richard Paterson in his 50th year of working in the whisky industry. It combines whisky matured in bourbon casks and finished in five different types of Californian red-wine cask: Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir.
Nose: Black Forest fruits, marmalade and honeycomb.
Palate: Tropical fruits, ginger and sun dried raisins.
Finish: Cassis, orange, fresh baked banana.
