Distilled in May 2011, matured in a refill hogshead (ref DL13731) and bottled in November 2019. A release of 394 bottles. No colouring and no chill filtration.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Honey sweet initially, warming to a cereal and spice backdrop.
Palate: Still as sweet, mouthcoatingly so, plus mixed spices aplenty.
Finish: More spices to the fore now, really cough drop style.
