Tasting Notes
The 2019 is stunningly ripe, exotic to the core, and incredibly deep, rich, and texturally intense wine . This powerful Merlot displays flavors of inky dark fruit, spice, lavender, and chocolate rise. Despite all of its ferocity, the 2019 nevertheless has excellent structure.
Food Pairing
This Merlot pairs well with beef, lamb and veal dishes.
