Traditionally grown in Tuscany, this award winning wine has flourished in Jordan. The diurnal changes in temperatures and the morning due give it a rounder mouthfeel and a richer finish.
Tasting Notes
Very powerful aromas of dried herbs and tomato leaves have developed over the years for this wine, highlighted by dried plum and a pleasant smokiness. Surprisingly low acidity, which is typical for this variety, it also has mellow tannins and savoury dried plum and mulberry make this dry Sangiovese the best pairing with any Italian tomato dish. The finish is long and peppery, with well-balanced alcohol and fruits.Food Pairing
