This French white wine is produced by Domaine Saint-Paul, located in the heart of Languedoc, at the gates of Béziers.
Viognier and Marsanne grapes pressed and fermented in steel tanks. The wine, which does not undergo malolactic fermentation, ages on the fine lees for 3-6 before being bottled.
Golden yellow in color, it opens to the nose with scents of exotic fruit such as litschi and pineapple. The sip is juicy, fresh and light.
Ideal in combination with spicy dishes of Asian cuisine.
