This wine comes from the renowned location, one of the producer's estate vines that was first planted in 1989, and is excellent, high-toned, and well layered. It has delicate layers of texture and a depth of crisp, fresh apple and pear due to the cool temperature, which also has a fine form of salinity and acidity.
