Ladybug is a rich, bolder white wine that nevertheless possesses the distinctive energy of a Hudson Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes
The nose starts out with a lovely display of pink grapefruit, honeyed pears, and apple pie aromas before transitioning to crushed cashews, powdered ginger, and butterscotch with a wisp of orange blossoms. The palate is medium to full-bodied, so powerful and yet oh-so-elegant, with a satiny texture and racy backbone, and it ends with epic length and depth.
Food Pairing
Pair with pork, rich fish like salmon and tuna, white meats and salads.
