Domaine Ferret Pouilly Fuissé 2015

Domaine J.A. Ferret's Pouilly Fuissé is a true expression of the personality to be found in the village of Fuissé. Planted between 2018 and 1947 a little more than 70 years separate the youngest vines from the oldest with the average age being 40 years. A blend of the best Chardonnay parcels from this picturesque amphitheatre half of the blend is aged in 2-5 year old barrels and the result shows great balance between weight and freshness, with elegance derived from seamless minerality. Layers of subtle notes combine stone fruits, acacia flowers and spiced hazelnut butter.
