The small vineyard of Petite Chapelle is situated at the south of the Gevrey-Chambertin village, close to the Grands Cru of Chapelle Chambertin. It produces sophisticated, polished and complex Pinot Noir. Petite Chapelle is delicious and elegant with a powerful tannin structure; strong but finely flavored and quite close in style to the Grand Cru Chapelle.
Tasting Notes
Relatively deep crimson. Lots of sweet fruit plus a hint of compost. Very edgy with marked acidity, as well as accompanied by smooth sweet fruit.
