Nonino Gran Riserva Monovitigno Merlot Aged 12 Years

Nonino distillates in fabulous cocktails and aperitifs for the happiness of the palate and the spirit. This tradition-rich Gran Riserva grappa from the house of Nonino is distilled from fresh merlot pomace. This is fermented at a controlled temperature, then carefully distilled in one of the 66 classic copper stills. The aging is done for 12 years in sherry casks, without adding aromas and/or caramel.

Tasting Notes

Precious with a natural amber color with gold reflections, it expresses a harmonious elegance of sweet aromas of marzipan, raisins, iris, violets and candied fruit that are found in the persistent taste and with balsamic notes.
