Produced in the Lowlands of Jalisco, Cenote Tequila benefits from volcanic soils rich in minerals and a warm climate that enhances the agave’s natural sweetness and depth of flavor.
About the Tequila:
Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested after 6–7 years of growth. The piñas are slow-roasted, double-distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in American oak barrels for over a year to develop complexity and smoothness.
Style and tasting notes:
Golden amber in color, with aromas of vanilla, toasted oak, and cooked agave. The palate is rich and velvety, offering notes of caramel, spice, dried fruit, and a hint of smoke, finishing warm and lingering.
Trivia:
