Padre Azul Blanco is made from 100% blue agave, which is considered the highest quality out of 400 varieties for tequila production. The agaves for Padre Azul are cultivated near the city of Tequila and are harvested after a growing period of eight years at the earliest.
Tasting Notes:
- Colour: Crystalline, brilliant, silver hues and light tones of straw yellow; heavy body
- Aroma: Slow cooking reveals notes of cooked agave, vanilla and coconut. Citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon; hints of English mint, fruit compote of cherry, peach and pineapple.
