This is Cenote Tequila’s first smoky expression, crafted in small batches using traditional methods inspired by ancient techniques—slowly roasting agave over firewood before distillation.

Matured in oak barrels, it develops a beautifully complex profile where gentle smoke meets notes of caramel, honey, roasted peppers, and warm spice.

Best enjoyed neat, over ice, or with a twist of orange peel to enhance its smoky sweetness.
