Bayou White Rum

Bayou Rum in its purest form imparts a crisp, lively flavor and aroma for a complex tasting experience.
The process allows the sharp, clear flavors to soften and meld during rests of up to 40 days. A delicate depth unique to white rums is added by the pot still rum. The cleanest and purest flavor is delivered by Bayou Rum, which is proofed using triple-filtered fresh local water.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Light notes of vanilla, banana and green apple
Palate: Creamy sweet notes, vanilla bean and a slight hint of honeysuckle nectar and light complexity from the pot still.
Finish: A little creamy, leaving a sweet taste of pot still rum flavor
