This 16 year old single malt, was distilled at Glencadam in July 2004 and matured in a single cask until it was independently bottled by Douglas Laing in August 2020. With an outturn of 247 bottles, this rich Highlander is a fabulous addition to the Old Particular range.

Tasting Notes

Buttered toast with tangy marmalade, honey, and tropical fruit. On the palate, poached apples and pears, sweet treacle toffee, granary bread with lemon curd and a dash of pepper. With a lovely sweet cinnamon and syrupy fruit, with leathery, malty oak, finish.
