As part of a presidential trip to China in November 2019, Château l'Hospitalet was chosen to represent the excellence of French wines. Since the 2017 vintage the domain is certified AB (organic wine) and DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture).
The 3 ha parcel of Hospitalitas located in the heart of the vineyard at the base of a 30 meter cliff that protects it from the north wind, facing the sea.
The exceptional character of this cuvée comes from the fact that the parcel is located on the two terroirs that make up our vineyard (limestone and marl).
Intense aromas of violet, ripe fruits and some toasted notes. A suave and bewitching attack, ample, melted tannins with a great power and a beautiful length.
The 2017 vintage was elected Best Red Wine in the World with 97 points at the International Wine challenge 2019. Bright ruby color. The intense nose is dominated dominated by aromas of spices and red fruit fruit (strawberry). On the palate, silky, fine tannins tannins underline the wine's fruity freshness of this wine.
