Aalborg Jubilaeums, jubilaeums meaning 'jubilee', was created in honor of Isidor Henius, the creator of the first Aalborg Taffel Akvavit, the most famous Akvavit Danish Liqueur. This akvavit is said to be an excellent accompaniment to a fish or poultry meal. It is slightly sweet with a dill, caraway and citrus palate and a gentle coriander spiced finish.
