Tasting Notes
Nose: Toffee apple
Taste: Raisins, fig, ginger spice and soft liquorice
Finish: Matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and enhanced with a warm finish from hand-selected Sherry casks which previously held fifteen years old Pedro Ximénez Sherry wines.
