A wonderful Californian red blend made up mostly from Zinfandel grapes from old vines.
Tasting Notes
Red fruits, plums, anise, and pepper in a brooding nose. Acidity that makes your mouth water. Medium body. Youthful, vibrant, and juicy. Good balance. On the taste, there is pepper, dirt, cherry, and strawberry. Extremely long finish.
Food Pairing
Paired with beef, lamb and poultry dishes.
