For 5 generations, the Niepoort family has been linked with the quality of Porto wine. With respect for tradition and with careful investment in innovation. Niepoort Dry White is produced using a lengthy skin maceration method, as is customary in the traditional winemaking of the style. Various wines that have spent an average of 3.5 years aging in oak barrels are included in the final blend. Prior to the addition of pure grape brandy, the white grapes undergo a lengthy skin maceration that may occasionally involve foot treading in Lagares. Before bottling, the wine is aged in Vila Nova de Gaia cellars for at least 3.5 years in small old oak casks.

Serve this wine as an aperitif, but it also tastes great when served as a dessert wine or just by itself after a meal. You can also serve it as a long drink with ice, tonic water and some lemon.
