Another fabulous single malt from Longmorn! The whisky was matured in a combination of American oak barrels and hogsheads for nearly two decades. Eventually, at 18 years old it was bottled at 48% ABV, with a tantalizingly tropical flavor profile.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, vanilla fudge and buttery toffee, with pear compote, sandalwood and juicy tropical fruit. On the palate, mint chocolate, desiccated coconut and dried apricot, with another helping of fudge. Fresh mango appears on a nutty finish.
