Glencadam 15 Year 2004 Old Particular Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This Glencadam single malt was distilled in July 2004, before it was filled into a single refill barrel where it stayed for the following 15 years. August 2019 rolled around, and the folks over at Douglas Laing decided to bottle the Highlander for the Old Particular range, with 247 bottles released at 48.4% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Toasty cereal, with rich bread and butter pudding aromas.
Palate: A drizzle of silky honey, with vanilla pod, green oak and flapjack.
Finish: Lengthy and malty, with freshly baked cinnamon buns and stewed green apple.
